Duck Eggs Vs. Chicken Eggs

Yolks or Whites? That is the first question I ask my customers when they are thinking of trying duck eggs for the first time. In general if you love the yoke you will love duck eggs! They are rich an ddelicious and just not quite the same thing as chicken eggs.
